The aim of the training is to offer interested stakeholders practical tools in the process of creating local youth policy. How to involve young people, youth organizations, decision-makers, and other professionals in the process? How to make a quality needs assessment? How to create a local youth program? How to capacity youth advice? All these and similar issues form the backbone of subject education.
