Virtual school of social innovation

The virtual school of social innovation concept was developed by the Foundation for Encouraging Partnership and Civil Society Development within the Project + Resilient with the aim of developing new social innovations in the Istrian County. In ten days, teams of 3 people will develop the business model of a new social enterprise with joint knowledge and creativity, and mentors will be available to them - experts in the field of social entrepreneurship, marketing, and branding, history, and storytelling. It will be an ideal opportunity to gain experience and collaborate with leading experts in these fields.

All participants will receive a certificate of participation, with the listed skills and knowledge they have acquired. The best proposal will be realized, and the members of the winning team will have the opportunity to participate in the realization itself for a fee (through a work contract or student contract). The team must consist of 3 members.

The first topic of the virtual school is "Local philanthropy - an opportunity for innovation and employment". The possibility and potential that Pula as a city has in its philanthropic story go beyond those basic socially responsible and charitable notions. Pula in its philanthropic story has great cultural and tourist potential, which can be used not only to raise funds and raise awareness of the importance of charity and solidarity but through its philanthropic story, creates a foundation for future generations for socially responsible behavior and living.
