A graduate economist, she strives to put her many years of experience in the private, public, and civil sectors in the function of the development of the wider community. Expert in creating, developing, and implementing ideas, has many years of experience in creating and implementing EU projects (since 2009), educator and trainer of numerous training and workshops on the development of ideas and starting a local community, and writing and implementing EU projects, especially those involve different stakeholders. Focused on a good economy and networking of all sectors in order to achieve synergy of action towards sustainable development, today through the position of the Foundation's manager she actively works on the development of the civil sector and its networking and empowerment in local communities.
Through her business experience of over 25 years, she has launched several business ideas, both as a private entrepreneur and in the public sector. She has many years of entrepreneurial experience in event management, marketing and promotion, and three business projects she has developed over the years, sold or left to other entrepreneurs to continue working.
She has experience (as a team member and as a team leader) in the development of Local Development Strategies, Local Youth Programs, Sectoral Strategies.
Recently, more and more attention is paid to targeted research and scientific work (research of needs for the Local Youth Program); Influence personal social responsibilities on the level of cooperation in the local community; The influence of civil society organizations on the development of the local community (research as part of a doctoral study at the Faculty of Economics and Tourism in Pula) and will continue its research work in the field of social innovation, social performance and social capital.
