Tales of social entrepreneurs took place at the Cvajner Gallery on Monday (June 27th). Namely, this was an informal meeting where the socio-entrepreneurial experiences of the directors of the social enterprise Punkt, Danijela Kasumović Maružin and the director of the ACT Group, Teodor Petričević, could be heard in talks with the foundation's manager, Helga Možé. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants talked about their first encounters with social entrepreneurship, and their need to do something good, something of greater value. It was interesting to hear contextual situations and personal examples of success and failure to balance private and business life and care for your (mental) health, free time, personal needs, and influence on the family. Also mentioned are bright examples, turning points in business operations, but also frequent problems encountered through the development of their social enterprises. It continued interactively from the audience, where those who have experience in social entrepreneurship commented and replicated their impressions and examples, and everyone agreed that a lot of progress has been made over the past few years, but that we are actually only at the beginning of changes that have to happen at the personal level, and only then at the organizational level and finally at the social level.
